RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN? 

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours. 

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to seven working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping. In other words, shipping is not refundable. 

After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your account.  

 

EXCHANGES 

At this time we don't offer exchange. Being said that, we would like to inform you that every exchange should be process as a return and a repurchase. 

 

US & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

Any brand-new product can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We offer an easy return for all domestic and international orders. If you want to start a return please click here to start your return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to every US returns  and 30% to every international returns.  

  

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Import duties and taxes may not be included with your shipping charge, and you may be charged upon delivery. Please check with your Customs office to learn more about your duties and taxes. The free standard shipping option is available for international orders over $150.
